Skeletal and nutritional benefits

   The skeletal system powers everything from your nerves to your bones which allows your body  make a motions.  The skeletal system protects all of the organs and tissues from getting majorly damaged.  The bones hold calcium and phosphorus which helps with strength and easier movement.  The next thing that bones do is protect the organs.  The flat bones are the bones that keep all of the flat organs in their spot.  The main thing about nutrition is it provides the food to help you with your health and growing.  Nutrition is found in fresh fruits, lean meats, vegetables and low- fat milk items which everyone needs nutrient rich foods in their daily food pyramid.  The outside of all bones are very strong but as you go deeper in the bone it is more like a gel.
